Nintendo Piece: Jigglypuff
This is a very late post, but here I am! So this piece that I made was for the ShrunkenHeadMan's Charity Committee's Auction: Press Start: Nintendo Charity Gallery. There were great pieces from SHM alumni and current students from the show and they all helped support the Morgan Autism Center.
The chair you can see is air dry clay. Jigglypuff though was made out of Sculpey.
I had to make her/him look cool or dapper as can be.
I got the idea of putting "Haters Gonna Hate" on the chair because Jigglypuff's character in Pokemon was like a princess and she did not give to no one. She also drew on the faces of people who would sleep through her singing. So that's why I had to write on the chair.
These doodles are meant to be like Jigglypuff drew them. I had some friends help me finish off the piece by having them doodle.

Tote Bag Project
So this was very fun. I am taking a costume design/ sewing class at SJSU and it has taught me a lot. I used to be scared of the sewing machines and now... well, still a tad bit afraid, but at least I know know how to use them.
So this was a bit past the first stage of the tote bag final. We would have a pattern from brown tracing paper and cut at certain lengths in order to do machine sewing. Not only that but we also have muslin to cut out for the bag.
Around this point, I knew I didn't want the gorgeous pattern to be destroyed by a pocket so I decided to make a pocket inside.
At this point, I have made a beige pocket inside my tote bag. This is what my bag would have looked like a regular tote bag.JPG)
We had to make the straps for our own bag. This straps part was actually kind of hard to do with all of the pinning and making sure everything is alined.
Pinning is hard!
Past this point, the lining and the outer patterned fabric needs to .
Here is what it looks like 90% complete.
I just need to add the flowers you see outside
then we had to hand sew on some type of encloseure. Here I chose a snap
Now this is my final bag. I'm so proud of it!

Plushies
These are just some old plush projects I have done over the year. They are all hand sewn. I made most of the super hero plushes with felt. They were all made from a free basic body pattern from online. Pabu, from Legend of Korra, is made out of fleece. The material is softer and more flexible than full felt. Pabu was actually my first softie with my own pattern. Had to do a lot of research to make my own pattern. These are just a few of what I have made.

Then I made these guys just recently. They are food creatures of Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs. They are gifts to Kris Pearn. So awesome that he loved them. yay!

3 Barking Dachshund(s/e...)
Hey! It's been a long time since an update. School has been very busy and a bit more stressful than usual. But hey, it's showing how far we can go and how much we are improving.
Enough about that though. For our Ani115 class, we were assigned into groups of 3 and given criteria for a 2 (turned 3) week project. Our Professors wanted 3 barking Dachshunds in the film. it can be as long as it needs to be, must have sound, a title and end screen. I learned so much on how to work in groups and learned from others what can make or break.
This is Team 01's final group film. Thank you Kayla Rimes and Casey Straka for making the first group assignment a great experience. You guys rock!

Okay! This is my first time going full out on photoshop. Took about 2-3 hrs. I just wanted to practice with all the basic brushes that a friend downloaded for me on my computer.

A Little Fun
Just a bit of fun over break. Been trying to practice digital/ photoshop painting. This was based off a fashion blog. They just posted up the clothes and I thought of what a person with the clothes would be doing. Just simple coloring for now.

Autumn is Here!
Horray for Fall! Can't wait for the leaves to change. I miss the Maple trees near my old high school. They had the most wonderful colors.

Imagine Day 1
This was originally a pen drawing I did during my 3rd day at jury duty. I put it into photoshop just to test out my painting skills (need to work on that). I was drawing for my AI sketchbook, but I got tired from drawing from life and needed my imagination to start working. It's an okay start. Hahaha
